Why Unplugged?

In many years of experience in Tourism, time is always too short to enjoy something properly.  I would like to give a different rhythm to our walk or relax time; the joy of a special moment of the day . Unplugged doesn’t only  mean ” unwind”, but live time at your own pace , extrapolating the word from music language” acoustic”.

Walks have different grades of difficulty ; usually in english language are identified in :easy , moderate and challenging, which are classified by considering the length, gradient, distance and technicality of the route involved. Besides each english definition, the italian definition is reported in braquets; these are also the level of difficulty that an Environmental guide is allowed to

Easy
( T ) : Walk of less than 5 hours a day on average, on a path or a trail, accessible to everybody.

Easy to moderate
( E ): walks up to six hours a day on average, accessibile to everybody with some ascent stages.

Moderate
( EE) : Walk of up to 7 hours a day on average, on a path or a trail, and up to 1000m ascent a day. Possibility of stages in altitude and/or steep climb, with no technical difficulties. Days are best described as moderate. Distance is less than 20 km on average. A bite of walking experience is desiderable.

Challenging
( EEA); Stages can be more than 7 hours and more  ascent or 20 km long. Paths can be technical at times and/or steep. Fitness levels must be adequate and previous walking experience is desirable.
trekking

What can we gain during a trekking ? Almost everything we are keen to keep on going and move from our mind or body. And the result could last longer  if we walk  consciousnessly, inside and outside of us contemporaneously.
